Our rules are:

1. Never betray us even is we are losing

2. Never reveal any secret info

3. Always wear uniform at meetings, wars, etc. NO ACCEPTIONS!!

4. Always listen to people of higher rank then you.

5. If you are a sub army of the SPA, I have all rights to take and give troops to you and every other sub army or branch of the SPA. So remember if you  rebel your screwed, because I will take every troop out of your army, sure you can rebuild, but I have all your old trained troops that can give me secret info! just remember that PCC and other sub armies of  SPA.

OBEY THESE LAWS!!
